DJSA FASHION strives to ship your order within 3 working days after payment has been received. If the delivery is significantly delayed, you will receive a message at the e-mail address provided by you. On the day your order leaves us, you will receive a message at the email address you provided with the track & amp; trace code. If you then have questions about the status of your shipment in your track & amp; trace, we recommend that you first contact PostNL. If you have any other questions, you can of course contact us at any time.
Orders from € 48, – are delivered free of charge in BELGIUM and THE NETHERLANDS
Standard Parcel Shipping €€ 7, – (free from 48, -)
Is it a present? How sweet! You can send the package to another address with us.
-Choose at STEP 2 in the ordering procedure for “I wish to specify a different delivery address.” and enter the address where the gift can be sent to.
Do you want to return your order or part of it? No problem! Please notify us within 14 days. Then you have another 14 days to return the order or part of it to us.
How does returning a return work?
You send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org that you want to return your order or part of it to us. We will then send you the withdrawal / return form. If you complete this and return it to us, we will ensure that you can return the items. In this way we can support you better during the return.
The costs for returning are for your own account, unless the item is damaged or the wrong size or article …
Unfortunately due to our low prices we cannot offer free returns
Note: earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene. This is also stated in the general terms and conditions that you can read prior to your order.
Has your order been received by us complete and undamaged? You will then receive the full order amount excluding shipping costs within 14 days after registering your return. the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. Please note: When returning only part of your order, you will not receive the shipping costs already incurred by us.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, or if there are traces of longer use than fitting the product, such as sweat, deodorant, washing product smells, we can pass on the depreciation of the product to you. We cannot take back sealed articles (such as the card decks) that have been opened. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.

If you have received a wrong order or something is missing, we will send the correct products if possible. The shipping costs incurred will be reimbursed in this case.
